Inside, the villa combines traditional charm with modern comfort. It features:

• 2 cozy bedrooms

• A full kitchen

• A spacious bathroom

• A sofa bed and desk area

• Laundry room with washer and dryer

• Dishwasher, TV, and multiple lounging areas

From the villa, you’ll overlook the entire village and can easily walk down to explore it. Step outside your door and begin a scenic coastal or countryside walk — or take a 20-minute stroll to reach the coast and local swimming area.

Rates (per unit, up to 4 guests):

• Low Season (Dec–Mar): €125 per night

• Mid Season (Apr–May, Oct–Nov): €175 per night

• High Season (Jun–Sep): €215 per night
  Rates may vary based on season and duration. Special weekly and monthly rates available for long stays.

A Note About Nature:
The Azores are a sub-tropical paradise, home to a variety of friendly land-based creatures — cows, goats, chickens, peacocks, and more. Depending on the season, you may also encounter small island visitors like insects, salamanders, or bats. We maintain regular pest control, but nature always has its own rhythm!

Cancellation Policy:

• Full refund if canceled at least 30 days before check-in.

• 50% refund if canceled between 7 and 30 days before check-in.

• No refund if canceled less than 7 days before check-in.

• Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking, provided the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
